Shooting in Peoria
Spring training, Vistancia and the lake.
The Peoria shoot is a moving one more often than not: spring training content at the Sports Complex, real estate film in Vistancia and Fletcher Heights, and boat and shoreline work at Lake Pleasant. That is why the gimbals, the drones and the extra battery packs are what Peoria orders reach for first.
Spring training at the Sports Complex
February and March fill the Peoria Sports Complex with team content, sponsor pieces and player features. Long lenses, a gimbal for the tunnel walk and a monitor the coordinator can watch from the dugout rail are the standard order, with the delivery timed to the credential window.
Vistancia and the real estate film
The Village, Blackstone and Trilogy at Vistancia shoot as luxury real estate: a wide Vespid prime, a DJI RS 3 Pro for the slow interior move, Nova panels to lift the rooms, and a drone for the golf-course establishing shot where the airspace allows it.
Lake Pleasant and the shoreline

Not inside the park. Lake Pleasant is a Maricopa County regional park, and county park rule R-116 bars drone use across the regional park system, so plan the lake as a boat and shoreline shoot. The airspace over the water is uncontrolled; the park rule is what stops the flight, so settle any aerial plan with the county parks office before the shoot, not at the gate.
It is a fifteen to twenty minute run from the counter, so a morning order can be on site the same afternoon when the gear is free. Credentialed areas need the production's own passes for the driver, so say where the drop is when you book and the counter plans the handoff at the gate.
A wide cine prime (the Vespid 16 or 21mm), a gimbal, two Nova panels to lift dim rooms without fighting the windows, and a drone for the exterior. Rent the kit Friday and return it Monday morning, and the whole weekend bills as one day.
