Plan on one stand per light, one per flag or negative fill, and a spare. For a standard key, fill and background setup that is four to five stands with sandbags. Sandbags matter more in Phoenix than most places: a 12x12 frame in an afternoon gust is a sail.
Yes. The Savage green screen seamless with two stands and a crossbar covers a seated subject in a room as small as ten by twelve feet. Add two Nova panels from the lighting shelf to light the screen evenly and a third for the subject.
The Rosco V-Hazer is a water-based hazer and is the one the studio next door uses on its own sets. On location it is your responsibility to confirm the venue allows atmosphere and to isolate smoke detectors, so ask before the shoot day, not on it.
