Three 98Wh packs and the dual charger gets most crews through a ten-hour day, rotating two on the rig and one on charge. Add a fourth if the camera is feeding a wireless transmitter or you are shooting in summer heat.
The Hypercore NEO 9 Mini and the VB99 are both under 100Wh, which is the airline carry-on limit for lithium packs without special approval. Keep them in carry-on, never checked, and cover the terminals.
