Privacy Policy

Influence Rentals is the equipment rental arm of the Influence family of companies, located at 7018 N 57th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301. You can reach us at (602) 483-4190 or [email protected]. This policy covers influencerentalsaz.com and the rental checkout and customer portal embedded in it.

Contact and review forms. Your name, email, phone number if you give it, company, what the message is about and the message itself, plus the page you sent it from, your IP address and browser type, and the exact wording of any consent box you ticked.

Reservations and rentals. When you reserve gear, the booking platform records your name, email, phone number, the items and dates, your payment (processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers), the rental agreement you sign electronically (including the signature strokes, the time, your IP address and device), any certificate of insurance you upload, and condition photos taken at pickup and return. Insurance documents are held in a restricted store and every access to them is logged.

Customer portal. Signing in sends a link or code to your email address. We record the sign-in time and device so we can spot misuse. There are no passwords to store.

Website use. Anonymous page views through our own analytics beacon, which sets no cookie and stores no personal identifier. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser’s local storage. Where you first found us (a search, an ad, a referring site) is noted in your browser and attached to a lead only if you later submit a form.

To fulfill rentals: confirming reservations, sending pickup and return reminders, processing payment, holding the agreement and insurance on file, and resolving damage or late-return questions from the condition record. To answer your inquiries. To run the business: knowing which gear is out, which is due back and who to call. To keep the platform secure. And, only with your separate consent, to send marketing.

Service providers. The booking platform (Backlot Go, operated by Carver Sync), Stripe for payment, our CRM (Carver Sync (GHL)) for inquiries, our email and text providers for confirmations and reminders, and our hosting provider. Each processes data on our instructions.

Sister companies. Your name and email may be shared with Influence Studios and Influence Marketing so they can help with related work. Your phone number and your texting consent are never shared with them, or with anyone, for marketing.

Nobody else. We do not sell your information, and we disclose it beyond the above only where the law requires.

If you tick the messaging box on a form, Influence Rentals may text and call the number you gave about your rental and, where the box says so, occasional offers. Marketing frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of renting. Reservation confirmations and return reminders are transactional messages about a rental you placed and are sent to the number on the reservation.

Mobile numbers and texting consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Full program terms are in the Terms of Service.

The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cookies exist only where a sign-in needs one: the customer portal session (on the booking platform), the private preview gate and the site administration login. Local storage holds your theme preference and, on the rental checkout, your cart.

Rental records, agreements and condition photos are kept for as long as you are an active customer and for the period needed to resolve disputes and meet tax and accounting obligations. Insurance certificates are purged once they can no longer matter to a rental. Inquiry records are kept in the CRM until you ask us to remove them.
